LearniX provides AI-powered educational products such as:

•Dishant Patra AI Assessment Platform

•STREAM-based learning tools and educational resources

All products are proprietary to Alan Scott LearniX Pvt. Ltd.

Use of Website and Eligibility

You may use the website only if:

•You are at least 13 years old, or using under parental/guardian supervision.

•You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Licensing & Access Rights

Use of LearniX products is granted through:

•Annual subscription licences (school/individual)

•Offline AI licences

•Custom institutional licences

All licences are non-transferable, non-exclusive, and may be revoked for misuse or breach of terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform—including text, logos, trademarks, software, simulations, lab designs, graphics, AI systems, documents, videos, and patents (filed/in-process)—are the exclusive intellectual property of Alan Scott LearniX Pvt. Ltd.

You agree not to:

•Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content.

•Reverse engineer or decompile any software, apps, or simulations.

•Use LearniX content for commercial or training purposes without written permission.

Our patents and products:

KrishGuru AI Offline Technology:
We have obtained a patent for developing the world’s first AI offline studio technology. Patent is under process for the same.
Dishant Patra Assessment Platform:
An intelligent, quantum-based assessment system designed to evaluate academic performance, mental aptitude, career pathways, and personal development, all through a single unified assessment. Patent is under process for the same.
Digital Content Copyrights:
The company holds seven copyrights for original digital content developed for the first time in India. These include Project-Based Learning (PBL) modules and a fully animated STEAM Tales comic series featuring unique digital characters such as Talos and Koda.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

•Conduct security breaches, hacking, scraping, or data extraction.

•Upload harmful files, viruses, or malicious code.

•Use LearniX simulations or AI systems for immoral, abusive, or political manipulation.

LearniX reserves the right to suspend access for suspicious or harmful activity.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

•100% error-free content

•Uninterrupted platform availability

•Accuracy of third-party information

Educational content is for learning purposes and should not replace professional academic advice.

Pricing & Payment

•All prices are subject to change without notice.

•Taxes such as GST are applicable as per government rules.

•Payments once made for licences or subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
