AI EdTech Partnerships India: Building the Future of Learning, Together

LearniX runs on partnerships. Every AI EdTech partnership we build in India starts with the same question: does this make offline-first learning more useful for a real classroom in Pune, in a village in Maharashtra, or anywhere else in the country. From technology vendors who equip our classrooms, to institutions who co-create entirely new products with us, our partners are how KrishGuru AI, SudarShan AI Simulation Labs, and the rest of the LearniX ecosystem reach the students who need them.

This page covers two things: the partners already building with us today, and how you can become one.

Classroom Technology Partners in India

Technology & Classroom Infrastructure
Partners

Software alone does not run a classroom. LearniX works with classroom technology partners across India who bring the hardware, displays, and connectivity that our AI runs on, so a school gets one working system instead of five disconnected vendors to manage.

classroom technology partners India - TechnoClass
TechnoClass supports LearniX deployments with interactive flat panels and classroom display technology, helping schools pair AI-driven teaching from KrishGuru AI with the right infrastructure on the wall in front of the students. Learn more at technoclass.in.
classroom technology partners India - NextGen
NextGen brings two decades of experience in interactive smart boards, robotics labs, and AV solutions to the LearniX ecosystem. Their infrastructure strengthens the technology foundation behind classrooms running KrishGuru AI and SudarShan AI Simulation Labs, particularly in STEM-heavy deployments. Learn more at nextgen.cc.

Both partnerships exist for the same reason: a school evaluating an AI EdTech partnership in India should not have to solve a hardware problem and a software problem separately. We would rather hand over one answer.

We are actively open to more infrastructure partners of this kind in India, particularly in regions where TechnoClass and NextGen do not yet have deep coverage. If your infrastructure product already sits in schools we work with, or schools like them, that overlap is usually where the conversation starts.

What we do
Flagship Partnership Spotlight: The AI SSB Simulator

Olive Greens × Alan Scott LearniX .

Some partnerships are worth building an entire product around. Our AI SSB simulator partnership with Olive Greens Institute is one of them, India’s first fully AI-powered SSB Training Simulator, built by combining Olive Greens’ real defence and behavioural science expertise with LearniX’s AI and simulation technology.

It is also the clearest proof of what an AI EdTech partnership in India can produce when both sides bring something the other does not have. Olive Greens knows what a Services Selection Board actually evaluates. LearniX knows how to simulate it convincingly, at scale, for aspirants who cannot always travel to a physical training centre. Neither side could have built this alone, which is exactly the point of the partnership.

This collaboration is also a template we point to internally whenever a new partnership of this kind is being discussed, because it shows what happens when domain expertise and AI capability are treated as genuinely equal contributions, rather than one side simply licensing a logo to the other.

If you read the sections above and thought we could do something like this, here is where to start.

Technology and infrastructure companies

If your product sits underneath ours, displays, connectivity, devices, AV, robotics labs, we want to hear from you. The bar is simple: does it help a classroom running KrishGuru AI or SudarShan AI Simulation Labs actually work better on the ground, not just look better in a catalogue.

🏆

Institutions with domain expertise

Olive Greens did not come to us with a generic proposal. They came with a specific, defensible expertise, SSB training, and a specific problem, scale and accessibility, that our AI could solve. If your institution has something similar, whether in skilling, assessment, vocational training, or a specialised field we have not touched yet, that is exactly the shape of conversation we want to have.

🏫

Schools, MSMEs, and government or CSR programs

This track works a little differently, since it usually starts as a deployment and grows into a partnership once results show up.

What we bring to the table

An AI stack already proven to work offline and in multiple Indian languages. A team based in Pune that understands the operational reality of Indian classrooms. A willingness to co-build rather than hand over a finished product and walk away.

What we ask in return

Dedicated points of contact. Honest feedback when something is not working in a real classroom. Patience for the fact that offline-first AI in Indian languages is genuinely harder to build than a standard, internet-dependent product. Partners who understand that constraint tend to get the most out of working with us.

How the process usually goes

1

You reach out through the contact form below with a short note on what you have in mind.

2

We schedule a call to check genuine fit, not just interest.

3

If it makes sense, we scope a pilot with clear, measurable outcomes.

4

We build the partnership properly, in public, the way Olive Greens, TechnoClass, and NextGen are documented on this page.

Where We Operate

Partnering Across Pune, and India

📍 Pune, HQ and core team India, nationwide reach Early expansion: Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia

LearniX is built in Pune, and that is where most of our partner relationships start. TechnoClass, NextGen, and the day-to-day work with Olive Greens all run through our Pune base, which keeps every partnership close to the team actually building the product. From Pune, our partnerships extend across India, into schools, MSME clusters, and government and CSR programs in states well beyond Maharashtra.

This is deliberate. An AI education partner in Pune benefits from proximity to the core team, faster iteration, and direct access to the people building KrishGuru AI and SudarShan AI Simulation Labs. A partner elsewhere in India gets the same product and the same standard of support, just coordinated at a slightly greater distance. Either way, the priority is India first, and Pune specifically, because that is where the offline-first design was proven before it went anywhere else.

Within India, our current partner and deployment footprint already reaches beyond Maharashtra into other states, and every new classroom technology partnership or institutional collaboration is evaluated first on whether it helps that footprint grow in a meaningful way, not just a wider one. A partnership that adds ten disengaged schools is worth less to us than one that adds two schools where the product actually gets used every day.

We are also taking early, deliberate steps into Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, where the same offline-first, low-connectivity design that works in rural India tends to translate directly. That expansion is real, but it is early, and it is not the focus of this page or this program today. If you are a partner based in Pune, or anywhere in India, this partnership program is built for you first.

Questions

Common Questions About Partnering with LearniX

Does LearniX only work with technology companies?

No. Our partner base includes technology and infrastructure vendors like TechnoClass and NextGen, institutional partners like Olive Greens, and program-level partners across schools, MSMEs, and government or CSR bodies.

Do you require exclusivity?

This depends entirely on the nature of the partnership and is discussed case by case once genuine fit is established.

Is this different from becoming a LearniX customer or deploying LearniX in a school?

Yes, though the line is not always sharp. A school deployment can and often does grow into a full partnership once outcomes are visible, the way several of our current institutional relationships started.

How long does it take to go from first conversation to an active partnership?

It varies with the type of partnership. A classroom technology partnership can move quickly once a pilot school is identified. An institutional partnership like the one with Olive Greens takes longer, since it usually involves building something new rather than plugging in an existing product.

Do partnerships always start with LearniX reaching out first?

No, and in practice, most of the strongest ones have not. Olive Greens approached us with the SSB simulator concept. TechnoClass and NextGen came through direct outreach after seeing our classroom deployments in Pune. If you think there is a gap worth closing together, reaching out first is exactly how this usually starts.

What happens if a partnership does not work out?

We would rather find that out during a scoped pilot than three years into a contract. That is why most new partnerships, technology or institutional, start with a defined pilot and a clear point at which both sides check whether it is worth continuing.

Where can I read more about NEP alignment before reaching out?

Our products are aligned to the National Education Policy 2020 and NCERT frameworks. If your organization is exploring government-aligned digital learning initiatives, the Skill India Digital platform is also a useful reference point for how public-private education partnerships are structured in India today.

Whether you are a classroom technology company, an institution with expertise LearniX does not have in-house, or a school and government program ready to go deeper, an AI EdTech partnership with LearniX starts with one honest conversation.
